Expose not the selfish actions in others, so long as thou art thyself justifying your own selfishness. Expose not the angry actions of others, so long as thou art thyself justifying your own anger. Expose not the attention-seeking desires of others, so long as thou art thyself justifying your own attention-seeking desires.

Expose not the self-righteous behaviour of others, so long as thou art thyself justifying your own self-righteousness. Expose not the resistant, rebellious, and defiant behaviour of others, so long as thou art thyself justifying your own resistance, rebelliousness, & defiance.

Expose not the controlling nature of others, so long as thou art thyself justifying your own controlling nature.

Shouldst thou transgress this command, accursed wouldst thou be, and to this I bear witness.

Face and forgive these painful experiences within yourself. You must be willing and ready to see that you’re the only being in your experience who can change the way you experience the world. Stop insisting that others must change their ways in order for you to experience the world in your preferred way.

If “something happens” that triggers my suspicions that I am “not a priority” to someone, or “not important” to someone, then I have a decision to make. I can either decide that they are to blame for my feelings of unimportance,

Or…….I can decide that I am the one, and only one, who is, and who will ever be, responsible to turn towards the only Experience I CAN trust… that one never-failing experience that is of real importance and a real priority.
The One Knowing Experience which is Open, Empty, Whole, Transparent, Indestructible, Imperturbable, Complete, Constant, unLimited and Ever-Present is the only Experience that I can trust and in which I must invest my Peace , Security & Well-Being. Every other experience I cling to for these favoured outcomes brings pain & suffering.
To know, be and feel my Knowing Nature is of true importance and a top priority. This is the only way to end suffering.

Should the most prosperous life befall thee, rejoice not in its promise of lasting joy & fulfillment. Should the worst grief come upon thee, grieve not to its threats of lasting suffering. Neither promise or threat come from truth. Truth is Whole; while untruth appears divided with both good & bad forms. Forms of both pleasure and pain are birthed from the misperception to see division as real. This is to choose to see the false as true. It is a choice to see deception as real. But when deception (division) is seen as untrue, both forms of promise and threat shall pass away and be no more. 🌟

It appears to me that you have overlooked Your Beloved Beauty. I am aware that you are caught in the loop of suffering. You resort to sweet praise, sweet flattery, sweet loyalty & sweet sacrifice in order to maintain your sweet illusion of love. If you sense your illusion of love beginning to fall apart, you resort to acting tough, speaking in defense and acting over-bearing through throwing insults, ridicule, opinions, explanations, advice, & blame.

I beg of Thee, O my Best Beloved, to awaken me and others who so earnestly seek to promote the Thy Cause in name and form alone. Inspire us to turn our attention-seeking around and rest it upon Thee alone, to know and love only Thee alone; for Thou art indeed the only Cause Who can correct the mistaken identity of all knowing beings. Thou art the One and Only Cause Who bringeth Understanding to uncertainty & doubt, Who bringeth the Answer to questions, Who bringeth the Wisdom of Self-Knowledge to the ignorance of self belief, Who bringeth Happiness to unhappiness, Who bringeth Safety and Security to fear and doubt, Who bringeth Rest to restlessness, Who bringeth Peace to sorrow & suffering, Who bringeth Love & Compassion to shame & guilt, Who bringeth the Perfection of Beauty to perceived flaws & imperfections. In the presence of the ever-present Knowing, I indeed recognize that Knowing is one, and am knowing this Oneness through being the knowing that is known, knowing the One Knowing knowing only Knowing. I know of no one else, no other knowing, besides the One Knowing. I am the Knowing knowing Itself alone.

There is a test to prove if I know the knowing reality of myself in the same way as the Knowing Reality knows Itself.

1. The Knowing Reality cannot appear or disappear.

2. The Knowing Reality cannot change.

3. The Knowing Reality cannot know anything other than Itself.

Let’s test it on my knowing reality:

1. I, knowing, have never experienced or known my own knowing appearing or disappearing; although the forms of  thinking-sensing-perceiving (and their objects) appear & disappear.

2. I, knowing, have never experienced or known my own knowing changing; although the forms of thinking-sensing-perceiving (and their objects) are ever-changing.

3. I have never experienced or known my own knowing, knowing anything other than Itself. There is no other knowing besides the ‘one knowing’ knowing itself.

Congratulations!!!! I know myself in the same way as the Knowing Reality knows Itself.

The knowing reality of myself and the Reality of Knowing is the SAME  REALITY.
