I do not allow temporary anger/blame/hatred to mean anything about me. I now embody the Forgiveness that I am.

I do not allow temporary pleasure/pain to mean anything about me. I now embody the Happiness & Wellbeing that I am. 

I do not allow temporary virtue-signalling to mean anything about me. I now embody the Compassion & Understanding that I am. 

I do not allow temporary envy/jealousy to mean anything about me. I now embody the Abundance that I am.

I do not allow temporary ‘identity’ to mean anything about me. I now embody the Non-Identity that I am. 

I do not allow temporary conflict to mean anything about me. I now embody the Unity that I am.

I do not allow temporary confusion to mean anything about me. I now embody the Clarity that I am. 

I do not allow temporary selfishness to mean anything about me. I now embody the Generosity that I am. 

I do not allow temporary gaslighting to mean anything about me. I now embody the Eye that I am. 

I do not allow temporary stuckness to mean anything about me. I now embody the Freedom that I am.
