Happiness Is What I Already Am.

All experience is the Indivisible Knowing Being that I know IT is. How do I know?

I know because only Knowing knows experience. Experience does not know itself. I am my own Knowing & Known Being. I am that Knowing Being. I only experience MySelf, the Knowing of Experience. Knowing is all that is known and experienced.

It is I am.

So there is no need to get a “different” knowing experience. That’s impossible. There is only the one Knowing. Not two. Any experience is known the exact SAME. Can the knowing of any experience be different than the knowing of any other experience? No. Knowing of experience is the SAME no matter the size, shape, name, colour, sight, sound, taste, smell, thrill, or intensity. Knowing Being is all that is being experienced. I am That.

Knowing, Itself, is always shining brightly the SAME. No known experience can obscure, disturb, perturb, disrupt or destroy the knowing of it; no matter how pleasurable it is, or how painful it is. Knowing Being shines fully continuously, regardless of any particular temporary known experience. Identify “I” to be the “knowing of experience”, and not to be a body-mind (sensation-thought) experiencing a “world”. These are known. Mind-body-world are known. They do not know. They are the experienced; they have no separate reality in and of themselves. Even though they are made of the same knowing substance, they do not know themselves. The forms of experience know nothing at all. Only the Knowing Reality, that permeates all that is known, knows. I am that, and so are you. There is no separate me and you to know. The Knowing is the one and only, indivisible, known experience; not the knowns as separate knowns.

I never experience forms and forms never experience Me. I, Knowing, only experience MySelf. Only Myself: the Knowing of Knowing. There is no “other” experience to know or desire, except in dreams. Uncover and unveil what knows and what is known, and all desire to know “something else” will dissolve.

And nothing I, Knowing, experience or cease experiencing, has the power to make Me happy or make Me miserable. I am the Peace-Happiness that passeth all understanding.

I release the objects of mind-body-world of the impossible task of removing ignorance for me. I release the objects of mind-body-world of the impossible task of producing happiness for me.

For I know who I am now. I shine as the Ever-Present, Unlimited, Indivisible, Open, Empty, Spaceless Space of Knowing.
