I, Awareness, am the One Ocean of Awareness
Within Me are movements and activities. They are my creations. I know them. They are Me, live in Me, and are made of Me. They are expressions of My Truth, Love & Beauty.
Ocean ‘currents’ are known & experienced within me intimately and completely as My Own Awareness. But, for the sake of this story, lets give them names. There is thinking feeling, sensing, seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, & smelling. These are one intimate experience of MySelf, in the Ocean of Awareness.
Now, My current-creations are all equal in that I know them as MySelf, by MySelf, but I continually attach to one in particular’; the one called ‘thinking’.
In my Ever-Present Awareness, I am free to choose how I interact with MySelf. This means, I am also free to identify My Pure Awareness to be and act as an ‘object’. I do this by attaching my Awareness to a ‘thinking-current’, and in the moment I agree this thought to be true, I believe its true, and another sub-type of ‘creation’ is created. Let’s call this a new current “mind-current”, (a ‘thought of MySelf or I-thought).
In each and every instant I believe a ‘thinking-current’ to be true, my awareness becomes limited as a mind-current. I forget who I am as The Ocean of Pure Awareness, because through the mind-current, & what ‘my’ own mind-current has to ‘think about it’, I can only know ‘myself’ and ‘other’ mind-currents as objects. I am bound to belief.
But, I, the Ocean of Awareness, have never left MySelf to become something I’m not. Pure Awareness is ever-presently and infinitely present and aware.
Looking back, I once found MySelf as a limited and temporary object believing that I was this ‘body’ of current, separate from other ‘body’ currents in a frightening sea of currents.
In coming to My Pure Awareness, there is a natural detachment happening. The habit of identifying with a limited & temporary body-mind-current is coming to an end.
I now see I have always been and will always be made of the Ocean of Awareness. I see I am Ocean, and only ever experience MySelf as Ocean. Whether I identify MySelf with a body-mind-current or whether I know MySelf to be the Pure Infinite Ocean of Awareness, I am never not aware.
The desire to identify with the mind-current is loosening. I know what I am independent of thinking and feeling, etc. as objects. They are not objects outside My Ocean. I know the presence of thinking, feeling, sensing. I am aware of the presence of seeing, hearing, touching smelling. I know the knowing of them, I just do not know them as objects independent of Me. I only know MySelf. I know I move, and change form. I know these forms appear and disappear within Me. I also know I remain MySelf in My stillness, independent of them. Why would I continue to seek Happiness believing I am an object birthing, changing form, and dying, believing in things other than myself? I need do nothing as Pure Awareness in order to Know My Immortal Reality.
Happiness is in knowing that I, Awareness, never disappears, never changes and never knows any thing other than Its Own Ocean of Awareness.
I am Pure Awareness, and these currents live in Me, and are expressions of Me as qualities of Truth, Love & Beauty. They have no real separate names of their own.
I call out in Self-Declaration, to those aware-currents who have mistaken their identity because of the attachment to a belief-current.
“Understand your own selves in Truth; Love and feel each other as MySelf; perceive only My Beauty; this is your One Purpose”.
Pure Knowing knows the experience of its own currents.
Pure Knowing knows the Essence of Its Own Ocean of Being.
Reality is One.
I, Pure Awareness, am Mighty and Powerful.
There is no other knowing with which we know ourselves to be.
To know Myself, the Pure Awareness by which all knowing is known, is to know Truth, Love, & Beauty.
What other Peace and Happiness is there other than Knowing Our Own Being?
