Dearest Being: No longer search for the gifts of understanding, love & beauty in forms of being. Instead, turn to your own cold, & shivering sleeping being of Light and feel compassion for your long felt suffering. From the warm, nurturing comfort and beauty of your Immortal Home, ask the Light of Knowing for Its gifts of Peace & Love and let them surround your sleeping being of Light until you awaken and can receive them. True Understanding, Love and Beauty can only be known and felt when you no longer sleep. Know, feel and be your own Formless Knowing Being of Light.

The only real known substance of experience is the ‘knowing’ of it; regardless of the names, intensities, qualities, or forms that experience points towards. Turn around. Stand as Pure Knowing, non-identified with & non-attached to the qualifiers of thinking, sensing, perceiving: (mind, body, world, knowledge, desire, resistance, life, death, love, fear, joy, power, wealth, poverty, beauty etc.)
Turn attention inward, acknowledging the ‘knowing’ that attention knows itself to be. Rest attention in the Knowing alone. Allow it to sink down down down into the knowing. Know the knowing. Be the knowing. Love the Knowing. The Knowing is the only Ever-Present Element in known experience that we share. The Knowing is the One & Only Known Reality that Knows Itself Alone.

I am an Infinite and Eternal Knowing Being. I know this in My Heart to be true. I am standing in My Knowing, shining as Myself and through My knowing being experience. I will no longer set limits on Myself; identifying with a certain image of Myself, clinging to certain beliefs about Myself, or suppressing certain feelings or sensations inside Myself. I am not a belief, a feeling, or a perception of Myself, although I am free to express MySelf in any of these forms.

This being may not always be to you, the understanding being you would prefer, and this is because I am, Myself, Nameless, Infinite & Eternal; expressing Wisdom & Truth but believed through an unaccepted, misunderstood and confused identity towards this being.

This being may not ‘always’ be to you, the loving, pleasing, happy, peaceful being you would prefer; and this is because I am, MySelf, Open, Infinite & Eternal; expressing Love, Peace & Happiness but felt through unaccepted, unloved and repressed feelings & sensations towards this being.

This being may not ‘always’ be to you to possess the beautiful look, sound, touch, taste or smell that you would prefer. I am, MySelf, Formless, Infinite & Eternal; expressing Beauty & Perfection but seen through an unaccepted, imperfect perception towards this being.

Divine Love is not limited to a happy, cheerful emotion qualified by an agreeable appearance; although It may be expressed as such. Divine Love is who I am so if you see anything other than Understanding, Love & Beauty when you see me, that is based on your own self-limitations and choice, not mine. I can be nothing other than who I am in this moment, otherwise, I would be limiting myself for you, to become an “emotion & perception” you would prefer I be. I have suffered in pain long enough hiding myself for you. I can no longer choose to sacrifice Love for pain; to shrink down and pretend to be a limitation for you to match the limitations you hold of yourself and the preferences that result from them. Today, I am choosing to stand as the Unlimited Knowing Being that I am, and not as anything else. In Truth, the only choice is Infinite Love; there is no limited substitution.

Expose not the selfish actions in others, so long as thou art thyself justifying your own selfishness. Expose not the angry actions of others, so long as thou art thyself justifying your own anger. Expose not the attention-seeking desires of others, so long as thou art thyself justifying your own attention-seeking desires.

Expose not the self-righteous behaviour of others, so long as thou art thyself justifying your own self-righteousness. Expose not the resistant, rebellious, and defiant behaviour of others, so long as thou art thyself justifying your own resistance, rebelliousness, & defiance.

Expose not the controlling nature of others, so long as thou art thyself justifying your own controlling nature.

Shouldst thou transgress this command, accursed wouldst thou be, and to this I bear witness.

Face and forgive these painful experiences within yourself. You must be willing and ready to see that you’re the only being in your experience who can change the way you experience the world. Stop insisting that others must change their ways in order for you to experience the world in your preferred way.

If “something happens” that triggers my suspicions that I am “not a priority” to someone, or “not important” to someone, then I have a decision to make. I can either decide that they are to blame for my feelings of unimportance,

Or…….I can decide that I am the one, and only one, who is, and who will ever be, responsible to turn towards the only Experience I CAN trust… that one never-failing experience that is of real importance and a real priority.
The One Knowing Experience which is Open, Empty, Whole, Transparent, Indestructible, Imperturbable, Complete, Constant, unLimited and Ever-Present is the only Experience that I can trust and in which I must invest my Peace , Security & Well-Being. Every other experience I cling to for these favoured outcomes brings pain & suffering.
To know, be and feel my Knowing Nature is of true importance and a top priority. This is the only way to end suffering.

Should the most prosperous life befall thee, rejoice not in its promise of lasting joy & fulfillment. Should the worst grief come upon thee, grieve not to its threats of lasting suffering. Neither promise or threat come from truth. Truth is Whole; while untruth appears divided with both good & bad forms. Forms of both pleasure and pain are birthed from the misperception to see division as real. This is to choose to see the false as true. It is a choice to see deception as real. But when deception (division) is seen as untrue, both forms of promise and threat shall pass away and be no more. 🌟
