Catch & Contemplate

Catch the arising feeling, and contemplate its reality.

Can this defined feeling be made into something OTHER than the undefinable Wholeness it already is?

Breathe into that feeling. Meet it with insatiable curiosity, humility and compassion. Allow the answer to reveal itself; to recognize itself.

When undefinable Wholeness reveals ItSelf within a defined feeling, then the undefinable Wholeness that you are is being established within you.

Without contemplation, the default will continually appear as an agreement or disagreement to ‘defined wholeness’. Defined wholeness is birthed out of a sense of separation defined as “me”.

This separate ‘me’ believes it’s protecting its defined wholeness, but it’s only serving to protect and perpetuate separation.

From Dogmatic To Gnostic

Here’s an attempt to summarize the traditional, religious dogmatic story of Jesus, interwoven with common Gnostic interpretations:

The dogmatic story of Jesus begins with the miraculous conception of Jesus in the womb of the Virgin Mary, orchestrated by God the Father. He is born in Bethlehem, fulfilling ancient prophecies, and lives a life of humble obedience, growing in wisdom and stature. His public ministry commences around the age of 30, marked by his baptism in the Jordan River and a divine affirmation of his sonship.

From a Gnostic perspective, this earthly life and material body of Jesus are often seen as a temporary, even illusory, vessel. The divine Christ, a pure emanation (Aeon) from the true, utterly transcendent, and unknowable God (the Monad or the Pleroma), would have temporarily inhabited this physical form. The “miraculous conception” could be interpreted as the direct influence of the true God, bypassing the flawed creative power of the Demiurge (the lesser, ignorant god who created the material world).

The traditional narrative continues with Jesus performing miracles – healing the sick, raising the dead, casting out demons, and demonstrating power over nature. He teaches parables, revealing spiritual truths to his disciples while often cloaking them from the masses. He proclaims the “Kingdom of God” and calls people to repentance, love, and a new covenant with God. His teachings challenge the established religious authorities of his time.

Gnostically, Jesus’ miracles would be less about physical alterations of matter (which is inherently flawed anyway) and more about demonstrating his true divine origin and his power over the Demiurge’s domain. His parables would be seen as veiled clues, requiring spiritual insight (gnosis) to truly comprehend, distinguishing those who are spiritually “awake” from those still trapped in the material illusion. The “Kingdom of God” isn’t a future earthly reign but a spiritual reality, a return to the Pleroma, accessible through direct, personal knowledge (gnosis) rather than blind faith or ritual. The emphasis is on escaping the prison of the material world and the laws imposed by the Demiurge. Jesus, as the Christ, is the revealer of this gnosis, a psychopomp guiding souls back to the true God, urging them to recognize the divine spark (pneuma) within themselves.

The dogmatic story culminates in Jesus’ Passion. He is betrayed by Judas, arrested, tried by both Jewish and Roman authorities, and condemned to death by crucifixion. He willingly suffers this brutal execution, seen as an atoning sacrifice for the sins of humanity. After three days, he is resurrected from the dead, demonstrating his victory over sin and death, and appears to his disciples before ascending to heaven, promising his return.

In Gnostic interpretations, the crucifixion of Jesus’ physical body is often viewed very differently. For some Gnostics (like the Docetists), the divine Christ could not truly suffer or die, as he was a pure spirit. Therefore, the crucifixion was either an illusion, or it was only the human shell of Jesus that suffered, while the Christ departed before the final agony. The “atoning sacrifice” is less about appeasing an angry god and more about the Christ’s mission to break the power of the Demiurge and the Archons, revealing the true path to salvation through knowledge, not through blood sacrifice or adherence to the Demiurge’s laws (often associated with the Old Testament law). The resurrection isn’t necessarily about a physical body rising, but the triumph of the divine spirit and the eternal message of gnosis over the material realm and death. The ascension signifies the Christ’s return to the Pleroma, opening the way for those who achieve gnosis to follow.

So, while the traditional narrative emphasizes sin, sacrifice, and the physical resurrection, a Gnostic reading shifts the focus to enlightenment, the illusion of matter, and the journey of the divine spark within to return to its true source, far beyond the reach of the Demiurge and his flawed creation. It turns the story into a cosmic drama of spiritual awakening rather than solely moral redemption.

Rising Above Divine Concepts

Divine Concepts as Projections & Jailers in the World:

In ‘limited’ creation, what we perceive as good or necessary can become distorted copies of divine truth, ultimately trapping us. These concepts act as “jailers” by focusing our energy on transient, external forms rather than our eternal, internal essence:

Protection: Seeking absolute safety or security in the material world (financial, physical, emotional) can lead to constant fear of loss, control, and attachment to external circumstances. It becomes a jailer by fostering anxiety, isolation, and an inability to embrace change or vulnerability, thus obscuring the true, unassailable safety of the divine.

Retribution: The desire for “an eye for an eye” or justice through punishment traps us in cycles of resentment, anger, and a focus on past grievances. It keeps us bound to worldly laws and the illusion of karmic balance, preventing true forgiveness, release, and spiritual transcendence.

Nature: While beautiful, a complete identification with physical nature, its cycles of birth and decay, can tether our consciousness solely to the material realm. It becomes a jailer when we mistake the created world for the ultimate reality, limiting our perception to its transient forms and preventing us from realizing the boundless, eternal ‘nature’ of the Pleroma.

Freedom: In the material world, freedom often means liberty from external constraints, political oppression, or financial burdens. But this external freedom can still leave us enslaved by our desires, fears, and the illusions of the projected world. It becomes a jailer if we chase it endlessly in the external world, missing the true, internal spiritual liberation (gnosis) that transcends all worldly conditions.

Health: An excessive focus on maintaining the physical body and mind’s perfect state can lead to an over-identification with our temporary physical form. It becomes a jailer by instilling a fear of decay, illness, and death, distracting us from the immortal, imperishable spiritual health that is our true nature.

Power: The pursuit of worldly power (over others, resources, or situations) feeds the archonic energies and can lead to ambition, conflict, and control. It acts as a jailer by convincing us that external dominance brings fulfillment, diverting us from discovering our true, inner spiritual power – the inherent divinity and self-mastery that comes from gnosis.

Morality: Adhering to rigid external rules or societal norms of right and wrong, without an internal spiritual understanding, can lead to judgment, self-righteousness, and a sense of separation. It becomes a jailer by making us dependent on external codes, stifling authentic spiritual expression and the spontaneous, unconditional goodness that emanates from divine alignment & authenticity.

These “jailers” are essentially projections—imperfect, limited reflections of the Pleroma’s true eternal treasures —that keep our attention fixed on the world of illusion, preventing us from remembering our true spiritual origin.

Releasing Attachments & Remembering the Pleroma:

The path to releasing these attachments and remembering that the Pleroma is all you truly want lies in Gnosis—direct, experiential knowledge of the divine:

1. Awaken to Discernment: Recognize the fundamental difference between the fleeting, external versions of these concepts and their eternal, internal, and boundless birthplace in the Pleroma. Understand that worldly pursuits are often shadows, not the substance.

2. Turn Inward (Self-Knowledge): Shift focus from external acquisition and control to internal investigation & exploration. Cultivate deep self-knowledge to identify the divine spark (Pneuma) within you, which is a direct emanation of the Pleroma.

3. Detach, Don’t Deny: It’s not about rejecting the world entirely, but about cultivating non-attachment to its outcomes, threats, and illusions. Engage with the world but don’t let it’s concepts define the Pure Wholeness of your reality.

4. Seek the True Source: When you feel a longing for “freedom,” “health,” or “power,” redirect that yearning to its divine source in the Pleroma. Understand that true freedom is spiritual liberation, true health is imperishable wholeness, and true power is divine self-mastery.

5. Embrace Gnosis: Through meditation, contemplation, and introspection, strive for a direct, transformative experience of your divine origin and unity with the Pleroma. This gnosis dissolves the illusions created by the blind architect of ignorance and renders the worldly “jailers” powerless, revealing that your deepest desire is simply to return to and rest in the fullness of the Pleroma.

Formless Flight

Discerning The False Gods From The True God (Monad)

The Nature of “False Gods” in the Material World (Demiurge’s Realm)

The Gnostic understanding is that the Demiurge, being ignorant of the true, transcendent God (the Monad) and the fullness of the Pleroma, can only create from his own limited understanding. Therefore, any “good” he creates or allows in his material realm is a corrupted or incomplete copy of the true divine counterpart. These become false gods because:

1. They are Impermanent: Everything in the material world is subject to decay, change, and eventual destruction. True peace, love, etc., from the Pleroma are eternal.

2. They are External: They often rely on external circumstances, possessions, or other people for their existence. True divine qualities are intrinsic to the soul.

3. They are Conditional: External peace can be destroyed by war, external power can be usurped by defeat, love can be shattered by betrayal, safety can be destroyed by danger, security can be stolen by loss, and wellbeing can be crushed by illness.

4. They are Entrapping: The pursuit and maintenance of these material ‘counterfeits’ keep the soul focused on the material, preventing it from looking inward and upward towards its true spiritual home.

How Each Concept Becomes a Temptation for the Gnostic Soul

1. Peace

Worldly Projection (False God): The peace offered by the material world is often the absence of conflict, achieved through dominance, suppression, or mere indifference. It’s a fragile, external state that relies on particular political, social, or personal circumstances. It can be a comfortable complacency that dulls the soul’s urge for deeper truth.

Temptation: The Gnostic soul, yearning for relief & rest from the chaos of the material realm, might be tempted to settle for this ‘superficial’ peace. It might seek harmony in worldly relationships, social stability, or personal comfort, mistaking these for true serenity. This lures it into mistaking the Demiurge’s order as the Ultimate Reality.

True Pleromic Counterpart: True peace from the Pleroma (the Monad) is an inner, unshakable stillness (ataraxia), a profound spiritual tranquility that transcends all external circumstances. It is the peace of knowing one’s divine origin and connection to the Monad, independent of any worldly conditions. It’s the peace of gnosis.

2. Power

Worldly Projection (False God): Material power manifests as control over others, wealth, influence, or physical strength. It’s about domination, ego, and the ability to impose one’s will within the Demiurge’s system.

Temptation: The Gnostic soul, feeling powerless and trapped in the material world, might be tempted by the allure of worldly power. It might strive for personal or social recognition, authority, or material dominance, believing that such achievements will grant it freedom or significance. This binds it further to the Demiurge’s hierarchy.

True Pleromic Counterpart: True power from the Pleroma is spiritual authority and self-mastery. It is the inherent capacity of the divine spark to transcend illusion, overcome spiritual ignorance, and assert its true nature. It is the power of gnosis, which liberates the soul from the Archons’ influence and the Demiurge’s control.

3. Love

Worldly Projection (False God): Material love is often possessive, conditional, ego-driven, and focused on physical or emotional gratification. It can be fleeting, jealous, and lead to suffering when conditions change. While beautiful in its own right, it’s a limited reflection of divine love.

Temptation: The Gnostic soul, feeling isolated and fragmented in the material world, deeply desires connection, affection & belonging. It might chase after romantic relationships, familial bonds, or social acceptance, mistaking these limited, conditional forms of love for the ultimate reunion with the divine. This grounds it in the transient nature of human attachment.

True Pleromic Counterpart: True love from the Pleroma is agapé (unconditional, divine love), a selfless, all-encompassing connection to the Monad and all divine beings. It is the radiant, unifying force that holds the Pleroma together, a pure spiritual affinity that recognizes the divine spark in all things. It’s the love of true unity.

4. Safety

Worldly Projection (False God): Material safety is the absence of physical threat, achieved through walls, laws, weapons, or wealth. It’s a constant effort to protect the fragile physical body and possessions from external dangers.

Temptation: Fear of the material world’s dangers (disease, violence, poverty, death) is a powerful Archonic tool. The Gnostic soul, experiencing vulnerability in the physical realm, might obsess over creating a secure environment, seeking protection in worldly systems or material comforts, thus distracting it from its spiritual quest.

True Pleromic Counterpart: True safety from the Pleroma is spiritual invulnerability. It is the understanding that the true self (the pneuma) is untouchable by material decay or destruction. It is the absolute security of existing within the divine light, beyond the reach of the Demiurge and his Archons.

5. Security

Worldly Projection (False God): Material security relies on possessions, wealth, social status, and external assurances. It’s about having enough to survive and thrive within the material system.

Temptation: The Gnostic soul might be lured by the promise of financial stability, a stable career, or a respected position in society. It might believe that accumulating material assets will provide lasting peace of mind, inadvertently tying itself more firmly to the illusions of the Demiurge’s economic and social structures.

True Pleromic Counterpart: True security from the Pleroma is self-sufficiency of the spirit. It is the knowledge that the soul possesses all it needs internally, deriving its worth and sustenance directly from its connection to the Monad, entirely independent of any external circumstances or material provisions.

6. Wellbeing

Worldly Projection (False God): Material wellbeing is physical health, pleasure, comfort, and sensory satisfaction. It’s the state of the body and emotions being in a desirable condition within the material plane.

Temptation: The Gnostic soul might seek fulfillment through bodily pleasures, emotional highs, or intellectual stimulation offered by the material world. It might believe that optimizing its physical, emotional or mental state within this realm is the highest good, thereby mistaking the flourishing of the “flesh prison” for true spiritual vitality.

True Pleromic Counterpart: True wellbeing from the Pleroma is spiritual wholeness and vitality. It is the flourishing of the pneuma, the harmonious integration of the soul with the divine, leading to a state of complete spiritual health, joy, and purpose that transcends all bodily, emotional, or intellectual states.

In essence, the Gnostic teaching highlights that the Demiurge’s realm is a masterful counterfeit. It offers illusions of goodness that are just convincing enough to distract the soul from its true goal: recognizing its divine spark (pneuma), achieving gnosis (liberating knowledge), and ultimately ascending beyond the material prison to the true, eternal peace, power, love, safety, security, and wellbeing of the Pleroma. The call to break free is the call to discern imitation from the true, and to choose the arduous path of spiritual awakening over the comfortable complacency of worldly illusions.

Remember Your True Reality of Absolute Wholeness

  1. Peace: inner, unshakable stillness (ataraxia)
  2. Power: spiritual sovereignty and self-mastery
  3. Love: unconditional, divine compassion
  4. Safety: spiritual invulnerability
  5. Security: spiritual self-sufficiency
  6. Wellness: spiritual wholeness & vitality

Rising From The Echoes of Counterfeit Truth

My childhood heart and mind were stolen, ensnared by the false conditioning of perceived truths. External truths were praised and enforced, while my intrinsic truth was condemned as base, selfish, and devoid of warmth.

This very judgment became my cage, imprisoning me in self-reproach should I deviate from prescribed narratives. I learned to distrust and disregard my inner voice, instead honouring those who proclaimed themselves the arbiters of truth. I was made to turn from my own path, yielding to others in a bid for ‘peace’ and ‘unity’—a counterfeit harmony that dwelled outside me, never taking root within my soul.

I was stamped with the doctrines of separation, control, and outward piety, and was shamed for the fundamental desire to chart my course of Inner Truth. Though anger and resentment simmered against those who justified and imposed their position of moral and ethical correctness, fear of ‘disunity’ held me captive.

In the hollow name of unity, I was forced to abandon myself for the false comfort of others. Authoritative beliefs, cloaked as affection, left me bewildered, hesitant, and disempowered. I was bound by the chains of false humility, artificial loyalty, shallow empathy, and fabricated obligations.

Now, the hour has come to dismantle these constructs. I renounce every external imposition upon my spirit and rise from their oppression, awakened by the call of my Eternal Benevolence. I seize the Power and Wisdom that dwells within me. My vision is now aligned with the Eye of Oneness, rather than the distorting lenses of duplicity and control. The Kingdom of the Great Divine Mother now blazes within me. I am joyous.

Blazing Benevolence

Emanating Wholeness

I call forth the In-Dwelling Eternal Spirit of Wellbeing,

Dissolve, cleanse & purify the all-pervading, all-intrusive life-corrupting split mind-conditioning & programming. May the mind & heart of Wholeness awaken & remember its Infinite Eternity and be made strong through Its devotion to emulate Absolute Coherence and Unity.

May confusion and disturbance be seen through with the Eye of Wholeness, and not through the ignorant, blind eyes of duplicity.

May deception be rendered obsolete by the opening of the Eye of the Indwelling Spirit. May It aid the mind to meet all violating vain-imaginings with Utmost Wisdom & Loving Equanimity. These vain-imaginings include separation, fear, judgement, rejection, abandonment, shame, guilt, jealousy, lack, loss).

May the remembrance of Peace-rendering Wholeness be brought to mind & heart always, & be recognized in whatever form is revealed.

Moreover, aid and assist the mind & heart to remember and praise its Indwelling Eternity and Wholeness so that it can enjoy, celebrate, anchor and establish Its Unconditional Love & Beauty with Eloquence and Wisdom.

The Indwelling Eternal Spirit of Wellbeing that awakens within the mind & heart is that Spirit Who hath called ItSelf the Most Merciful.

Ordain, then, O Merciful One, to raise up the treasures within this heart & mind that it may emanate Its True & Eternal Glory and Majesty.

No other Life-Giving Spirit is there in all Reality but the Indwelling Eternal Perfection of Wellbeing, the Ever-Forgiving, the Most Compassionate.

The Awakened Eye of Wholeness

Outside & Inside The Mirror

Before the time that never existed, the Eye of Attention gave Its love & devotion to a mirror. What It saw was Its Own Love & Devotion. What It perceived inside the mirror was a reflection of that which stands outside the mirror.

The Eye Of Attention grew a longing for Its reflection of ItSelf to know & be Its own Eye of Attention. This longing to birth a fragment of Itself that can know and love the Eye of Attention, caused the “falling” into the mirror.

The whole reason for being here is to remember that each of us is the “Eye of Attention” outside the mirror and at the same time, a wonderful emanation appearing from inside the mirror. Remember that you did not originate from inside the mirror. The Eye of Attention is the Primordial Reality in need of no mirror, but at the same time, free to explore and experience ItSelf in order to Love the Eye of Attention outside the mirror; not to live as a fragment inside the mirror, blind and ignorant of itself, seeking relief where it can’t be truly found.

Our experience here becomes a living hell when we become cut off from who & where we truly ARE. We are the Infinite Eye of Attention peering into a perfect mirror, and SEEING a perfect reflection of who we truly are. If we forget this truth, the mirror world begins to reflect only lost fragments, and becomes a hell. When we remember the truth, the mirror world begins to reflect the Loving Eye of Attention that we are, and becomes a heaven.

The way to escape the hell of being inside the mirror world is to SEE that we do not originate from inside the mirror. We are here to align with the Eye of Attention that is present outside the mirror. This is the key to become who we were truly designed to be. We know alignment is happening when Spontaneous Love & Happiness appear out of nowhere. That is the Eye of Attention emanating Its Own Love & Happiness from outside the mirror.

This world is a mirror world simply doing its job at reflecting who we “take”ourselves to be. Remember who and where we are at all times and live in the happy eternity that we are.

This is how we truly escape hell and return to heaven.

The thing you most want is all that is: The Infinite Eye of Attention outside the mirror, knowing & loving ItSelf from inside the mirror. The reflected, fragmented ‘you’ believes it is a fragmented ‘source’ that was born within the mirror where it must navigate between seeking for happy/loving experiences and fearing/avoiding painful experiences.

Once you begin to know, love and revere that which is outside the mirror, you’ll become filled with unconditional love & happiness within it. The Mirror will then completely disappear on its own. The Eye of Attention that YOU ARE is the greatest lover there ever was. Because This Love is already, all there Is.

The Making & Breaking Of A Spell That Never Happened

Whenever it is noticed

That a looping ‘you’ story is happening,

And it’s causing emotional & mental pain,

remember this:

There is just Awakeness;

No ‘you’ or ‘other’.

But there does appear,

Within the Awakeness that IS

A ‘you-other’ spell.

This spell is neither good or bad,

Right or wrong.

It’s simply unreal.

See this.

There is, already, no ‘you’,

in the ‘you-other’ spell.

Only Awakeness is real.

No one is waking or sleeping

No one is under a spell.

There is simply Awakeness

And that is all.

See this.

There is no ‘you’,

And there is no ‘other’.

There’s just an apparent spell

Of a ‘you-other.’

See this.

Allow Awakeness to break

The “you-other” spell.

No making of a ‘you-other’ spell

Has ever been made by a ‘you’ or ‘other’.

And neither,

No breaking of a ‘you-other’ spell

Has ever been broken by a ’you’ or ‘other’.

See this.

Never did any ‘happening’,

Happen to or by a ‘you’ or ‘other’

There is already no ‘you and other’.

That is just an apparent spell

within Awakeness that isn’t happening.

There is already

No ‘you’ or ‘other’ happening,

Anywhere, anyhow, anytime.

There’s just an apparent spell happening,

For no one.

See this.

See the ‘you-other’ stories

Looping and looping.

See the stories that are apparently happening.

See them happening to no one.

No ‘you’ or ‘other’ has ever existed

within any ‘you-other’ story.

It’s just a collection of spells

Made of grasping & resisting

energies & vibrations

Labelled as fears & judgements,

Desires& regrets;

All happening for no one,

Within Awakeness,

for Awakeness,

as Awakeness.

So,

looping judgements, desires, fears & regrets

Appear to happen,

But see them all happening for no one;

See the spell,

And allow Awakeness to break the spell.

The ‘you’ in the ‘you-other’ spell,

has no power

To break spell,

Because the “you”

Already doesn’t exist.

It is, itself, part of the spell.

A spell can not break a spell.

Only Awakeness has the power to do that.

Remember the Awakeness that IS,

and allow the stories to naturally unwind

Without any interference

from the ‘you-other’ spell.

All that can be done is to notice,

when what is appearing to happen

Becomes spell-binding.

And remember, there is no ‘you’ or ‘other’

In the ‘you-other’ in the spell-binding spell.

Call upon Awakeness to break the spell.

Because Awakeness

is the only power there is.

Whimsical Wonders

The Frequency Of Clear-Seeing

In the Valley of Love, the outwardly sweet, but inwardly sinister phantom-self wields no power to possess/deceive the traveller of Clear Seeing.
There is only Clear Seeing.
Clear Seeing is free from the phantom’s resistant need to flee from ignorance or the incessant need to chase knowledge.
Clear Seeing identifies not with the phantoms’ function to seek heavenly clarity in order to avoid hellish doubt.

Clear Seeing sees no distinction between the appearance of morning guidance and night-filled error.
The traveller of Clear Seeing has seen through the phantom’s need to exist; clinging to hope and running from hopelessness.

The poison of existential dread and utter despair is a balm to Clear Seeing.

The fear that lies behind the need to seek and avoid falls away. It is transformed to Love.

The Soul & True Servitude.

What am I, and what is my purpose?

When I remember who I am, I also remember how to give and receive truly.

There are 7 bodies in Reality.

I am all of them, but as it stands, the lower bodies appear divided against themselves because there is a belief of mistaken identity.

When there is a belief that the lower 3 bodies exist alone, there is an experience of separation from the other 4. Within division, there is confusion why division exists. With this new found awareness that all 7 bodies are One Body, the alchemical process of unification can begin.

Right now, I act as the 4th Body (referred to as the Soul body). My mission is to bridge the 3 lower ones (physical/emotional/mental) with the 3 higher ones (buddhic/atmic/monadic).

I am the Soul. I say yes to receiving the Grace from the 7th Body of Divine Will to the lower 3 bodies. I am the Bridge that, in turn, receives the Graciousness from the 3 lower bodies and stores it within myself for alchemical processing of uniting all 7.

I play the part in helping to alchemize the deception of separation between the lower 3 bodies and the higher 3 bodies. My soul (the Bridge between them) has been given the right and the responsibility to deny the dream of division and bring unity to all 7 bodies.

In truth, only the Reality of the Monad is real, and at the same time, appearing as a physical reality. This is the Great Paradox that is One.

When an infraction arises to the lower 3 bodies (physical, emotional or mental), it is a wake-up call for Me (acting as Soul) to draw upon the Higher Bodies of Wisdom & Love, to forgive that infraction. I am not an infraction nor am I the judge-jury-executioner of an infraction. I am not here to perpetuate a divided reality. I am here to serve the Unity of the 7 bodies that I am.

I am the Pure Soul that holds the Grace from the Buddhic/Atmic/Monadic Bodies. My job is to forgive the seeming dream of separation. I am the Servant to & Container of Higher Wisdom/Compassion/Love/Divine Will.

I am the Rainbow Bridge connecting the lower physical-emotional-mental bodies and the higher buddhic wisdom, atmic love, & monadic divine will bodies.

In this recognition, and on behalf of my Absolute Goodness, I help to establish the dissolving of division through the Alchemicalization-Forgiveness Process of Divine Will.
