Nothing is.
And out of this nothing arises that which appears different than nothing; a something. This something appears as a wish fulfilled, but because something never comes into existence, (only believed it does), that fulfillment turns into longing.
This ‘so-called’ something, appears to stand out as a defined “it”, apart from nothing. But this longing is not a real something. It’s just Nothingness appearing as longing by a thought-feeling believed to be different than nothing. See this truth, and the belief in “something” will disappear. Longing is made of nothing and so is the activity of naming. Nothing is all there is, appearing as imagination, appearing as something different than nothing. Making nothing into something seems to birth longing.
It’s ALL still nothing.
Longing itself, is nothingness appearing as somethingness. Longing is not something. It does not exist as a separate thing, even though it seems to appear as “something”. No “something” is a real something. That’s a misconception. All somethings, every something is nothing. Everything is the same as nothing. Longing is nothing and is the same as every ‘other’ something. All things have never been things. Not ever. Not now.
Use the feeling of longing to long for Absolute Nothingness, to be Absolute Nothingness being the infinite Empty Wholeness it already is. That’s everything.
There’s nothing Nothingness can’t appear as. See this longing as Nothing too, because it is.
This longing is no-thing. See it.
It’s ok to want nothing. It’s ok to long for nothing. It’s OK to be nothing. See longing, itself, as nothing.
Longing for nothing, which is everything, arises when the longing for something has disappeared completely. This truth is everything. Long for everything.
Nothingness is already what’s longed for, but because longing is mistaken for a “something”, a longing for a “something” appears, like an object, an activity, a relationship, or higher state of mind. So, then the pursuit continues in order to get something.
But all somethingness is nothingness longing for itself. Nothingness is everything.
Instead of holding on to longing for “something”, recognize the longing, itself, as nothing, and release it back to nothingness. That’s all that can be done, and it’s already done.
There is, in truth, no “something” that can be held on to, without longing accompanying it. Use longing to end longing, not to perpetuate it.
Already, somethings are not somethings. They are nothings.
And so every thing is equally nothing. There’s nothing to gain. There’s nothing to lose.
Think, act, behave as nothingness. There is no other.
This is everything.
