I ACKNOWLEDGE AND CELEBRATE THOUGHT-SENSATION-FEELING- PERCEPTION (THAT HAD BEEN MISTAKENLY LABELLED AS GOOD, BAD, RIGHT, WRONG OBJECTIVE EXPERIENCE), TO BE DECLARED NOW AS BEING THE EVER-CHANGING, VIBRATING MODULATIONS OF CHANGELESS KNOWING ITSELF – UNLIMITED AND EVER-PRESENT. TO EXPERIENCE THINKING, SENSING, FEELING, AND PERCEIVING, ONE MUST HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO KNOW EXPERIENCE; THEREFORE, INSTEAD OF LOOKING TO EXPERIENCE, LOOK TO THE KNOWING ITSELF. WHAT KNOWS THE KNOWN? WHAT LIGHTS UP ANYTHING KNOWN? THAT WOULD BE THE LIGHT OF PURE-KNOWING ITSELF. I NOW CELEBRATE WITH ENTHUSIASM, THE ONE CONTINUOUS EXPERIENCE OF MYSELF (THINKING, SENSING, FEELING AND PERCEIVING) REVEALING ITSELF TO ME AS THE PRIMORDIAL LIGHT OF PURE-KNOWING ITSELF, KNOWING ITS OWN TRUE SELF. THERE IS NO ONE ELSE TO KNOW. I AM THE TRUE SELF.

I NOW EXPRESS MYSELF WITH EMBELLISHED, RIDUCULOUS ENTHUSIAM, AND CRANK IT UP UNTIL I LAUGH. I AM MY MOST MASTERFUL GENIUS.

I ACKNOWLEDGE, RECOGNIZE, ACCEPT, AND CELEBRATE WITH ENTHUSIAM, ALL EXPERIENCE. ALL IS PERFECT, ALL IS DIVINE, ALL IS LOVE AND ALL IS BEAUTY.

There is no more object identification with my own Knowing Experience. I declare Divine Love in this moment. I celebrate Divine Love. I celebrate Myself.

I declare that no experience, that ever shows up within Awareness, exists outside the FREEDOM of AWARENESS. Therefore, if I see injustice, I remind myself that I am looking through the eyes of objective experience, and thus, seeing something outside of me.  I can replace that mistake by looking through the eyes of direct experience to see that all experiencing is in Me, made of me, and IS Me.  I can replace injustice with justice.  This is my Divine Inheritance.

As I continually to enthusiastically celebrate every thinking/sensing/perceiving experience as it is experienced, I am celebrating and praising the REALITY of MAN and the REALITY OF GOD as ONE REALITY.  I am anchoring Oneness into each experience, into the Body of Awareness that I am.

There is NOTHING veiling my Holy Innocence but the veiling of the Knowledge of my own True Self.

As my wise, loving and beautifully knowing SELF, I now align all experience with my new feeling and understanding of Reality.  And so it is. Amen.

Look now.

Any apparent object is really only ever direct experience in awareness. A ‘table’ is the present experience of direct seeing, touching and conceiving. Where is the evidence that direct experience exists objectively? A ‘body’ is the present experience of direct sensing, perceiving and thinking-conceiving. Where is the evidence that direct experience exists objectively? A ‘world’ is the present experience of seeing, hearing, touching, tasting, smelling, sensing, and thinking-conceiving. Where is the evidence that direct experience exists objectively? All experience is direct experience. See?

And only awareness can be aware of experience.

Be aware only of your awareness.

It is understood as Self-Knowledge, felt as Love, and perceived as Beauty.

In conclusion,

There are no objects made of matter. There is really only the present experience of sensing-perceiving-thinking-conceiving, and experience is known in Awareness (not in a body-mind-world, as previously believed).

You are Awareness ItSelf.

Rest in Awareness and be liberated from ‘objects’.

Who are you?

You “know” mirroring exists. Mirroring is known. So, you must be the Knowingness that stands before the mirror, aware of seeing inside the mirror. You desired to know and be known unto YourSelf, hence, you created mirroring.

You desired to experience Self-Wisdom through the reflection of thinking. You desired to experience Self-Love through the reflection of feeling, and you desired to experience Self-Beauty through the reflection of the 5 senses: seeing-hearing-tasting-touching-smelling.

But first, before You can know Self Wisdom-Love-Beauty, dispell any notion that you became your own self-reflection fragment, who lives beyond the mirror as a reflection amongst others like you. You are the Source of mirroring, the Knowing; not a separate known perception unto itself; not a reflection unto itself, living among other knowns. You are one Knowing, knowing only Yourself. You are Self-Known. There is one Kingdom. Not two. Know Yourself. You are Wholeness Itself, not a fragment living among other fragments searching for wise objects, loving objects, or beautiful objects in a mirrored world.

You, the source of mirroring, can never be your own reflection, nor can your reflection be split apart from Yourself to become a real reflection of it very own. There are no real objective reflections within your One reflection. There is no reflection other than You. You are your own Known Self. You are the Knowing and the Known. You are the Knowing and only You can know what’s known prior to the mirror. There is only one You and One experience of You. There is only one Knowing and One Known. Know yourself: the Knowing of Yourself & all experience is only ever an experience of Yourself. The two are both one and the same. This is the meaning of Unity. You are not an objective perception experiencing ‘other’ perceptions. You are not a thought of yourself experiencing other thoughts of themselves. Step back. Step out of the mirror. You are You, pure Knowingness alone. You are not limited to your reflection or a reflection of a reflection. You are not a limitation of any thought, concept, belief, memory, image, sight, sound, taste, touch, smell, sensation or feeling. You knew YourSelf before you knew your reflection. Know yourself alone. Step away from the mirror. Your reflection never becomes real, becoming a real known entity in and of itself. Know this, my love .

Step out of the reflected world of reflections, and know who you are. Know YourSelf Alone.

There was, is, and never will be any “other” known but You, Pure Knowingness Itself. Know this Ever-Present Knowingness, (the You that you truly are), that Your Own Wisdom, Love & Beauty may be known. If you turn to reflections for wisdom-love-beauty, You will forget Yourself, and will no longer be known to Yourself. And this, my Love, is the cause of all your suffering.

It matters not that one shares Absolute Truth with others. What matters is how much understanding, love & beauty one can bring to experience through knowing Absolute Truth. Know Absolute Truth and through your deeds, show understanding and compassion to your experience.

There once was a man who lived in a valley at the base of a tall and mighty mountain.

He was hypnotized by its echos,

Day and night.

Night and day.

These echos were full of pain and pleasure.

Fear arose from the pain.

Happiness arose from the pleasure.

He found himself both resisting pain and clinging to pleasure

Day and night.

Night and day.

Then one day, the pleasure ended

And pain increased.

And all he was left with was more resistance to pain.

He suffered in desperation for years & years,

Longing for happy echos, to get rid of his pain.

Until he lost all desire for happy echos completely,

And sunk into the black pit of despair.

Then one night, he had a dream

And dreamt that he embodied the Tall and Mighty mountain

Expansive, Beautiful & Free.

He was graced with Wisdom & Love

And the Beautiful Bright Blue Sea.

He knew no more echos of pain or pleasure;

No echos of desire or fear.

He knew no echos at all,

For He stood as this Tall & Mighty Mountain,

And all He knew was Himself.

Then, in all His Wisdom & Love,

He gently brought down His gaze to the man below

And spoke with Great Compassion and Understanding:

“My dear one,

I am Here. I am Here.

Your hypnosis has ended.

The spell is broken.

See beyond the echos, and see only Me.

Peaceful and True,

Know only Me.

Know there is nothing to resist Here

Nothing for which to long,

For echos do not exist at all.

It is Here you truly belong.

Listen only to the Wisdom and Love from My Voice above,

And let It be known:

Seeing what I see is your Freedom from desire.

Hearing what I hear is your Freedom from fear.

Knowing what I know is your Peace & Well-Being.”

And with that, the dream ended.

When the man awoke from his dream,

He found himself no longer under the spell of echos.

Beauty and Love took their place.

For all was silent and still,

And he knew to keep his gaze on the Tall & Mighty Mountain alone,

And remember his True Nature.

He was a Tall & Mighty Mountain,

Peaceful and Free.

“You are not upset for the reason you think”.

You are not upset because others are negotiating one-on-one visit times, but rather, you feel “left-out, over-looked” because they were not negotiating visit times with “you”. You felt left behind and forgotten. You felt as if you didn’t matter. They weren’t noticing you. Is that true? Go within and find the truth.

In fact, your anger was actually a trigger to bring awareness that you were missing them and wanted to spend more time with them. You didn’t know that. And now you know. But your words were harsh my dear. Those words became a trigger for one of them. You need to know this because, one day, if you continue to act-out your fears again, trying to control again, she may lose her desire to spend time with you. That doesn’t get visit time with her now does it? When you appear confrontational, she will choose to find love elsewhere. She may choose to stay away from interacting with you at all. You probably didn’t think that was what happens, but that is what happens. Maybe you can’t help yourself when you find yourself trying to force someone’s hand, trying to get them to see you, but you will most definitely experience rejection from her when you try. Projecting anger has its consequences; it keeps her separate from you, and you will be left alone wondering why she doesn’t come around anymore. You know that is not what you truly want. Maybe you weren’t aware what you wanted in that moment of outburst, so you just spouted off because it felt safe to do so, and so you did it. You believe that your loved ones will never reject you. You believe that they will always accommodate your anger, come to your rescue and find a solution for you; to include you. Or… maybe, one day, they won’t. Do you want to find out? Do you want to feel rejection again? Do you want to experience this pain over and over? No, you do not.

Next time, maybe you will stop and enquire what it is that is truly upsetting you and then come to the best solution. No one is telling you what you should do. You are simply saying to yourself what you truly want and need the next time you feel angry, agitated or even a bit annoyed.

Choose again.

Feeling “left out” no longer needs to be an experience for you, because it can literally disappear in an instant when you choose inclusion instead.

No one is responsible for your happiness. If you are direct and inviting (make an offer) for what you want, that actually works better in terms of building your sense of well-being. You are responsible for your own happiness. Your only job is to take the first step and be welcoming when desire (or fear) arises. This is your freedom from suffering unnecessarily.

She Who Has No Name.

Beliefs about self can be very destructive and debilitating. One I’ve uncovered is the belief that the gifts of Kindness, Love and Happiness are rewarded to me by others through managing my own behaviour to appear kind, loving and happy. This belief is a form of self-deception and self-betrayal. It leads to secrecy, isolation, sorrow and suffering. But Love & Happiness are not found through manipulating or managing my behaviour for others. If that were the case, Love would no longer be Love; it would be a bartering tool. Love is not that. I used to pride myself on making others happy, but soon, I was unhappy, and I hit a wall and became depressed.

Keeping up a kind, loving and happy appearance when I didn’t feel kind, loving or happy only depressed me further. But being depressed keeps people away, well, the ones I tried to please. I learned from a small age that Love came from outside me as a reward for good behaviour. That meant, if my behaviour wasn’t good enough for someone else, or I didn’t meet their needs, I was punished with their disappointment, hurt and anger. Love became this elusive thing. I’m learning to no longer believe this belief about Love. Love is not a temporary fearful strategy. Love is kind and loving. Happiness comes to the one who knows that Happiness is not based on forms of love, but on how kind and loving one is being to one’s own being.

Do not look to form, (objects, substances, activities, situations, expanded states-of-mind or relationships) hoping, wishing, praying, dreaming, wanting, desiring, planning, yearning, craving, clinging and expecting to receive the bestowals & bounties of Understanding, Love, Compassion, Peace, Happiness & Beauty. You’ll never find them there in form. You will only end up suffering in pain when you don’t receive them as expected in form. You’ll find yourself resisting, complaining about, resenting, fearing, demanding, blaming, correcting, fixing, controlling, manipulating and threatening those forms when you come up empty handed.

Detach & remain non-attached so as to become fully established in the one Reality that does fulfill Its Promises bringing Unlimited Bestowals that are your birthright. Pure Knowing is the one element, and the only element of experience that bestows the ever-lasting bounties of Truth, Love, Peace, Happiness and Beauty. Know yourself as formless and present Knowing: Knowing the knowing Itself, the only Real (non)-experience there is. All bestowals come from knowing Pure Formless Knowing alone; never from Its ever-changing temporary forms. Know this and Be Happy in no form enjoying all forms.
