The appearance of a personal person having personal feeling-sense perceptions, is, already, Personless & Impersonal.
See that there is no personal separate “person” behind any appearance of a person, taking a position, voicing an opinion, or accepting/rejecting a feeling-sense perception.
Even though appearances of persons, opinions & feelings of acceptance and rejection may seem to point to a personal person, they are all personless and impersonal.
Ideas, (words and images) put together to create a personal opinion, come from a sense-feeling of a personal person having a position; but, in truth, the personal person doesn’t exist. There are just impersonal empty positions; impersonal empty opinions, impersonal empty feelings, impersonal empty desires and empty resistances. They are purposeless & meaningless appearing as purpose and meaning.
Nina’s Nuances 
Personality, I think, is a composite of innumerable bits of consciousness, attracted to one another in a small space by some kind of psychic gravity. It must, according to my theory of magic, inevitably disassemble upon extinction of the life form.
The personality is perhaps a kind of encyclopedia, of experiences, observations, memories, lessons learned, desires, emotions. A “concretization” of a specific time and place in the whole of the universe.
You are right, though, that it all spirals around and within and out from and into Nothing. But to humans, that is meaningless, and without meaning it is…..Nothing?

I say nothingness, because Absolute Love is what I am, and so I am showing the Nina character the utter futility in trying to experience fun and joy and love and belongingness where there is none. It appears there is no one who can have Nina, because she’s going through a metamorphosis. It’s just a window in infinite windows.
