Only THIS.

The ONLY mistake (not wrong) ever made was the false belief that Nothing Being Everything (THIS) ever became a separate self; that was born and will die, with separate free-will autonomy; an agent of separate will, an entity with a body-mind and a story of past, present and future.

Believing that selves are real and separate inside a body, apart from THIS (Nothing-Being -Everything) is to suffer in the seeking & avoiding energy (selfing).

Attention is now turned to cherishing, respecting, honouring and loving THIS as IT IS. There is only THIS. There is no separate you or me or them. That has never ever happened. There is apparent seeking and avoiding, but it never happened to a self. The seeking energy only ‘seemed’ to take on a self of its own, which is the self “you” believe you are. But a self never happened. Seeking energy is THIS appearing as that seeking. THIS never becomes that seeking. THIS is only THIS.

See only THIS.

Bodies, beliefs & behaviours, they too, are already THIS. They were only ‘believed’ to be something “else” to be attracted to or repulsed by.

Fearful thoughts, sensations, perceptions no longer have the energy behind them to initiate seeking & avoiding.
Why?
Because there is a SEEING that there is nothing outside of THIS that could change THIS from ‘being’ THIS already.

Fear-based cravings to please & appease the “other” ; only makes the self & other into an enslaved scapegoat for the “selfing energy” to perpetuate suppressed self-loathing and self-blame. This negative energy is projected out and is that which perpetuates the illusion of a self, other & world. Now that it’s seen for what it is, the fear-based need to get external acceptance and approval has no more foundation to perpetuate itself. It simply fizzles away.

There may still be an impulse to be fearful or to be suspicious of self & other, but it’s no longer being fed by a self that was believed to be there. The source of fear (selfing) is seen as never there, so there’s no energy to have any suffering effect.

Love is being given and received in THIS Perfection, as THIS. THIS has been found. Realized. For no one.
