This.

There isn’t anything other than THIS: WHAT IS APPARENTLY HAPPENING.

Within THIS, and as THIS, arises and falls… all questioning, answering, resisting, arguing, debating, interfering, not interfering, following, leading, suppressing, pushing, pulling, clinging, facing fear, running from fear, blaming, grieving, acting, reacting, explaining, justifying, denying, manipulating, complaining, belittling, concluding, encouraging, wondering, controlling, lying, submitting, surrendering, complying, tolerating, not tolerating, feeling ‘good’, feeling ‘bad’, rejecting, advising, forcing, convincing, directing, supporting, criticizing, bragging, winning, losing, failing, succeeding, suffering, agreeing, apologizing, conceiving, believing etc etc.

All THIS is THIS. THIS is what IS. And THIS is It. ALL of IT.

Nothing to improve. Nothing to fix. Nothing that’s missing.

But, fixing, improving, and believing apparently happen as well, in THIS, and AS THIS too.

There is nothing separate from THIS.

To believe and feel that there is any “thing” that stands apart; possessing a self, owning a self, directing a self, narrating a self, acting as judge and jury to self & other and to WHAT IS; well, that IS a complete illusion.

And even THIS: believing, imagining, standing apart, owning, directing, acting, narrating, pretending, possessing, judging, imagining, hallucinating, and denying….is THIS too.

But there is nobody behind THIS doing these “things”. It’s simply happening, happening to no one.

Nothing separate exists from WHAT IS.

WHAT IS includes all. All-Inclusive.

There is no one that stands out, (or set apart) that exists apart from WHAT IS. There is no one who exists to accept THIS or to reject THIS.

“Accepting and rejecting” is THIS too.

All of it …is THIS.

Complete, Whole, and Fulfilled.
