Are you upset when you perceive someone not acting or behaving right in your eyes? Look deeper at what the real cause of your upset is. No one is upsetting you. No one is hurting you. Rather, see that the “story” you place upon them (or any appearance) is the cause of your upset, and that this “story” is based on a lie. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be upset. Lies upset. Lies hurt. Truth does not.
Simply drop the lying belief that there is a someone who is good/bad, right/wrong and see that you’ve been polluting your world with shoulds and shouldn’ts. This is your suffering. Choose to recognize that any appearance within Reality is neither good/bad, right/wrong. See that what is wrong, is your “story” of a separate other appearing to act or behave a certain way. This upset is what separates you from the Loving Reality that IS, and that you want to know & be.
Turn everything around, and meet any appearance with curiosity, love and understanding. You are made of Love, and so are all appearances. Take nothing personal. The mind is upset simply because it’s lost in a beLIEf about what “part” of reality is “bad” and ‘should’ be different. Investigate that. Is it true? See that there are no separate parts to Reality. No-one ‘should’ be different just because a belief makes it so. An upset is simply to be seen as a call for Love. And that call is calling for YOU to bring it. Be the Love that is needed in every situation. Bring a blessing of Love. Stop imposing lies upon Reality and take a Love Stand instead. Bring true & lasting relief for all. Feel the gratitude in knowing the Truth; the Truth of Wholeness and Harmony.
