What Am I & What Do I Know?

I am Knowing-Being and I know that existence does not exist apart from the knowing of it. That knowledge comes from direct experience.

Existence does not “stand apart” or “stand out” from the knowing of existence. All there is to know of existence is the direct, ever-present, limitless experience of my True Identity: Knowing-Being.

Understanding that Knowing-Being is what I am and all there is; then any arising thought or image is reconciled & recognized in peace.

Understanding that Knowing-Being is what I am and all there is; then any arising sensation-feeling is reconciled & recognized in happiness-love-joy-bliss.

Understanding that Knowing-Being is what I am and all there is, then any arising sight-sound-taste-texture-smell is reconciled & recognized in beauty.

When am I? Ever-Presently NOW

What do I experience? Knowing-Being.

No matter the differing forms/names of experience, (thinking-sensing-feeling-perceiving), they are all equally recognized and known. They are made of the same knowing substance, but they do not, in & of “themselves”, know “themselves”.

Mind-body-world are known. They are concepts. They do not know Knowing.

What does know Knowing then? The One Knowing-Being that is Self-Known.

One Knowing: One Known.

Identify with Knowing-Being as what you are, and experience Peace, Happiness, Freedom.

Identify with form/name as what you are, and experience the suffering of apparent separation and confusion.

Any known does not know Knowing. Knowing is the ONLY knowing that knows and is itself known. Knowing is the only known there is.

Worship the Formless Nameless Knowing-Being, not Its apparent forms-names. The forms & names are all known equally the same, and Knowing is the only Common Denominator & Owner of all that is known. The known belongs to the Knowing. Give back to the Knowing all apparent forms & names. Be that Knowing, knowingly. Know that you are made of knowing. And what is known then is that Knowing.
